Terms & Conditions


In these Conditions the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires: "Conditions" means these terms and conditions;
"Product" means a product displayed for sale; "Ecotel" means L'Hotelier Group Pty Ltd, and "Our" shall be construed accordingly; and "You" means the person placing an order for a Product(s) and "Buyer" shall be construed accordingly. "The Supplier" means the supplier or the company that Ecotel purchased the goods from.


Products shown in this website are for illustration only and form no part of the contract between Ecotel and the Buyer. The descriptions in the website apply to the specific products described at the date of issue. Due to continuing product research and range development, product specifications or brands may change without notice. Although we have made every effort to correctly display product colours, and/or designs on this website, we cannot guarantee that the actual products are the same as style and colour may vary slightly.


All Prices in this website are in Australian Dollars and are correct when published and given in good faith. Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice and goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at time of dispatch from Ecotel premises. All prices in this website exclude GST. All items are subject to 10% GST unless marked otherwise. All prices in the website are only for website orders. please note web/catalogue prices are not available at Ecotel retal outlet / showroom.


Quotations are open for acceptance for a period of 14 days. Quotations are given subject to the receipt of the Buyer's final requirements. At the same time we cannot guarantee stock to be available as we are only able to hold stock for a maximum of 3 working days


We shall only be deemed to have accepted an order for Products upon dispatch of the Products to You. Any acceptance will be subject to these conditions and shall prevail over any terms and conditions which You may stipulate. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason whatsoever without incurring any liability. We shall notify You as soon as possible in the event that We are unable to fulfil Your order. We shall be entitled to (a) deliver the Products in instalments and each instalment shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract and (b) supply only part of an order.


We shall only deliver Products to the billing address of the buyer for security reasons and We will require a signature by a person over the age of 18 at that address as confirmation of receipt of the Product(s). We can only deliver to a Business address and opening hours must be supplied by the Customer. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within 3-14 days; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Ecotel cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delay by our third party delivery contractor.
If the customer doesn’t require insurance, the Goods are entirely at the risk of the Customer from the moment the Goods leave Ecotel’s premises.


All indent Machines orders & otherwise Machines marked with *** come with a 12 month warranty on non-consumable parts only, installation is not included and labour is not covered.


No goods delivered in accordance with the contract, will be accepted for return without the prior approval of Ecotel, in accordance with Ecotel official return authorization procedures. Requests for return must be directed to Ecotel within seven days of receipt of goods. If Ecotel agrees to accept goods for return, a handling charge may be made and deducted from the related credit adjustment note. Such goods may be required to be freight-paid to Ecotel in good order and in their original shipping packaging. Where Ecotel has incorrectly supplied goods or there is a claim for breakages due to delivery, the return or claim must be directed to Ecotel within 7 days of receipt of goods in writing, and there should be no charge to the Buyer for freight or handling on the return or credit adjustment.
Goods returned without prior approval of Ecotel may be returned to the Buyer or retained at the buyer cost without prejudice to any rights or remedies Ecotel might have.
Items must be still in its original condition and packaging, with any tags attached.
A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returned goods.

Spare parts & accessories

A wide selection of spare parts & accessories are available on ecotel.
All freezer / fridges provide limited support rails, brackets, trays and etc. All extra parts are all classified as an extra/spare part and will come as an extra cost on top of machine cost. If wishing to purchase parts you are able to purchase with our sales department by request.


Samples are supplied on a chargeable basis. A credit may be granted except Shipping and Handling Charge, by special arrangement on high value samples; if returned in original condition within 14 days. Return must be organised by the Customer’s cost

Title & Risk

Risk of the goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery. Property and ownership in the goods shall, notwithstanding the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, not pass from Ecotel until the Buyer shall have paid Ecotel in full. The Buyer shall, while property in the goods remains with Ecotel, hold the goods on a fiduciary basis only and as bailee for Ecotel. The Buyer shall store the goods separately from its own goods, in good condition and marked in such a way that they are clearly identifiable as the property of Ecotel and shall insure the goods to their full value against "All Risks".


All guarantees expressed or implied will cover only those products affected by faulty material or manufacture. Any article claimed to be faulty will be credited, repaired or replaced should our examination reveal a defect through either faulty material or manufacture. Guarantees do not apply where damage is caused by accident, misuse, or abuse. Where goods are returned under Guarantee, such Goods will be repaired, replaced or credited at the discretion of Ecotel.
These Goods repaired will be returned at no charge, freight paid to the Buyer.

Special Orders

Orders for special products, including made to measure, customized or goods requiring special customization may involve additional time and charges and may attract a cancellation fee equal to the total costs incurred to date, or not less than 20% of invoice value if cancelled.

Clearance Item

Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.

Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions and any contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia.

All trademarks shown in this catalogue are the sole property of the registered owners of the respective trademarks.
